Microblading Brow Tattooing Specialist Fremantle
Natural, softly defined brows — tailored to your face and lifestyle.
Let’s Create Brows That Feel Like You — Just Better
If you’re tired of pencilling in your brows every morning or struggling to get them even, microblading may be just the solution you’ve been searching for. This technique creates natural-looking, hair-like strokes that define and enhance your brows without the heavy, filled-in look.
Although I’m based in Coogee, many of my clients come from Fremantle and surrounding suburbs for professional, one-on-one brow tattooing. Whether you’re after a full brow makeover or a soft touch-up, I’ll take the time to design brows that truly suit you — not just your face, but your lifestyle too.
What Is Microblading?
Microblading is a manual form of cosmetic tattooing where I use a handheld tool with fine needles to implant pigment just under the surface of the skin. The goal is to replicate the look of natural brow hairs — creating a result that appears full and defined, yet still soft and realistic.
Each stroke is carefully placed to follow your natural hair growth and brow structure. The shape, style, and pigment colour are all chosen to flatter your features and align with your preferences.
This technique works best for clients who want:
Subtle, hair-like strokes rather than a heavily shaded look
A way to rebuild or reshape sparse or uneven brows
Realistic definition that blends seamlessly into their natural brows
A long-lasting result that saves time in the morning and holds up throughout the day
✳️ Please note: Microblading is not recommended for those with oily, sun-damaged, or very sensitive skin. In those cases, we may explore nano brows or combination brows, which offer similar results with better retention.
Who Is This Treatment Best For?
Microblading is ideal for clients who want to enhance their natural brows with realistic definition and long-lasting results — without the heaviness of makeup or the effort of daily drawing and shaping. It’s a fantastic choice if you’re seeking a low-maintenance solution that still gives you a polished, professional look.
You may be an excellent candidate for microblading if you:
Have thinning, sparse, or uneven brows and want to restore shape and structure
Prefer brows that look soft, subtle, and natural rather than bold or filled-in
Want a low-effort beauty routine with brows that stay in place from morning to night
Have lost brow hair due to ageing, hormonal changes, medical treatments, or conditions like alopecia
Have over-plucked in the past and are now looking to bring balance back to your brows
Are seeking a refined, long-term solution that aligns with your features and face shape — not a trendy style that will date quickly
The microblading technique is best suited to those with normal to dry skin, as it allows the delicate hair-like strokes to stay crisp and hold their definition over time.
If your skin is oily, sun-damaged, mature, or highly sensitive, microblading may not be the most suitable option. Oily skin, for example, can cause strokes to blur or fade faster, and mature skin may not retain the pigment evenly. In these situations, I may recommend alternatives such as:
Nano brows – using a fine machine needle for soft, hair-like strokes with better retention for a wider variety of skin types
Combination brows – blending nano strokes at the front with soft shading through the body and tail of the brow for a longer-lasting result
During your appointment, I take the time to complete a comprehensive consultation, where we’ll discuss your brow history, assess your skin condition, and talk through your preferences in terms of style, pigment colour, and maintenance. This step ensures the technique and design are aligned with your skin’s needs and your personal goals.
If you’d like to chat first, I offer free phone consultations, and you can also schedule a face-to-face consultation in the studio for a small fee if you prefer an in-person discussion before booking your treatment.
There’s no pressure and no commitment — just honest advice and personalised care to help you make an informed choice that feels right for you.
What to Expect During Your Appointment
Consultation & Design
Your experience starts with a relaxed, one-on-one consultation. I’ll assess your skin and natural brow shape, then map out a flattering design that enhances your face and symmetry. You’ll be involved in the shaping process — nothing begins until you’re completely happy.
Numbing & Preparation
A topical numbing cream is applied to make sure you're comfortable throughout. Most clients describe the sensation as a light scratch — and many even drift off during the session. Unlike some other salons, I use gentle techniques and allow plenty of time to ensure a stress-free, comfortable experience.
Microblading Process
Using a sterile, handheld tool, I carefully implant pigment in fine, realistic strokes. The entire treatment takes around 2.5 hours, allowing time for precision and artistry.
Aftercare Guidance
Once your brows are complete, I’ll walk you through your personalised aftercare plan and provide a hydrating balm to support the healing process. You’ll also be scheduled for a follow-up session 6–8 weeks later, which is required to refine the shape and reinforce any areas where pigment may have softened.
Aftercare and Results
Healing after your microblading appointment is usually straightforward, but how you care for your brows during this time makes a big difference to the final outcome. Proper aftercare helps to protect your skin, support pigment retention, and ensure that the healed result is even, smooth, and long-lasting.
Before you leave the studio, I’ll walk you through the full aftercare process and provide a nourishing balm to support healing. You’ll also receive written instructions, so you can feel confident and prepared during the days that follow.
Aftercare Tips:
Keep your brows completely dry for the first 7 to 10 days. This includes avoiding water when washing your face or showering — a damp cloth can be used to cleanse around the area.
Avoid any activities that involve sweating, including exercise, saunas, or steam rooms, as excess moisture can push pigment from the skin.
Stay out of the sun, as UV exposure during healing can cause fading or discolouration. Use a hat if you’re spending time outdoors.
Do not pick, rub, or scratch the brows while they are healing. Flaking and light scabbing are normal — let the skin shed naturally to avoid patchiness.
Avoid makeup and skincare over the brow area, especially products with active ingredients like retinol, AHAs, or exfoliants.
Apply the aftercare balm I provide, following my instructions carefully. This will help keep the area nourished and protected without suffocating the skin.
Sticking to a simple, gentle routine allows your skin to do what it does best — heal.
Healing Timeline:
Days 1–3: Your brows will likely appear darker and more defined than you expected. This is completely normal and part of the pigment settling into the skin.
Days 4–7: You may see some light flaking or scabbing. During this stage, your brows might look uneven or patchy, but this will improve as the skin heals.
Weeks 2–4: The colour begins to soften and settle into a more natural tone, and the strokes start to blend seamlessly with your natural brow hairs.
Week 6–8: You’ll return for your follow-up appointment, which is essential to reinforce the pigment, make adjustments if needed, and perfect the overall look.
The healing process is different for everyone, depending on your skin type, age, and lifestyle, but following the aftercare instructions closely gives your brows the best chance of healing evenly and beautifully.
With proper care, your microbladed brows can last 12 to 18 months. Clients with dry or balanced skin tend to retain pigment longer, while oilier skin types may require more frequent touch-ups. I recommend an annual refresh appointment to keep the shape, colour, and detail looking crisp and well-maintained.
Your brows should never feel like an obligation — they’re here to simplify your life, boost your confidence, and help you feel polished every day, without the need for daily touch-ups or pencils.
Booking Multiple Areas? Save Time & $50
If you're planning to book both brows and eyeliner, I recommend starting the second area at your follow-up session for the first. This makes aftercare more convenient and efficient — and you’ll receive $50 off when combining treatments.
